Description
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects of varying scope and complexity across the Exterior division. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a focus on delivering high quality results on time and within budget. The role will collaborate closely with account managers, supervisors, and crew members to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance. The emphasis is on managing diverse projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the success of both ongoing and new initiatives.
Requirements
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of projects across the Exterior Division, including one large primary client and additional accounts or initiatives.
· Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules to ensure efficient execution.
· Coordinate with internal teams to secure necessary labor, equipment, and materials for each project.
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve issues proactively.
· Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
· Support sales and estimating efforts by preparing proposals for enhancement work or additional services, as needed.
· Recommend service adjustments or site improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Utilize the BOSS system for project tracking, payroll entries, and data management.
· Lead and support crews by providing clear direction, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
· Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on schedule.
· Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and vendor coordination to maintain project profitability.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental growth initiatives.
· Oversee seasonal winter service operations in coordination with the Winter Services Manager.

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate’s degree in horticulture, construction management, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape services or project management in a fast-paced environment.
· At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
· Experience with estimating and proposal preparation preferred but not required.
· Proficiency with project management systems (BOSS experience a plus).
· Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours (typically between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday).
· Bilingual abilities preferred.
