Job Summary
- Assist servers in running food and beverages from the kitchen, service area or member dining bars to member tables.
- Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operations, it may be necessary for each employee to perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.
Job Tasks (Essential Functions)
- Food & Beverage Runners should be able to carry a large tray with food and glasses from the kitchen, service area or bar to any table in the dining areas.
- Know all table numbers and sections.
- Ensure all food and glasses match the ticket including modifiers and special requests.
- Check quality of food and beverage presentation.
- Deliver the correct food and beverage to the correct table number.
- Communicate with wait staff regarding requests and relay those to the Captain.
- Communicate with wait staff regarding any incomplete orders/deliveries of food or drinks.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the F&B Assistant Managers and/or Service Director.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Education – High School Diploma or GED.
- Language Skills – English
- Physical Requirements
