Description

Behavioral Support Aides are responsible to develop specific behavior programs, outings, and activities designed for 1:1 interaction and to improve the daily behavior of specific/designed residents.

Behavior Support Aides offer resident specific interventions to staff to support appropriate interactions and invite resident cooperation. The program will be used to enhance permanent behavior changes and to integrate those changes into the daily routines of the residents of MEMH.

The program’s major focus will be daily integration and positive interaction with all MEMH residents.

Supplemental pay types:

Shift:

1st Shift :7:00am-3:00pm

*with a weekend rotation every 3 weeks and rotating holiday schedule*
