Our facility blends precision machining and industrial distribution, serving a diverse set of industries that demand speed, quality, and reliability.
We are looking for a Plant Manager who thrives on building high-performance cultures, leading strategic change, and delivering results that move the business forward—not just incrementally, but exponentially.
What You’ll Own
- Business Leadership: You’ll run the plant like a business owner—responsible for revenue, profitability, and strategic execution.
- Operational Excellence: Drive productivity, eliminate waste, improve throughput, and maximize ROI on equipment and labor.
- People & Culture: Build, inspire, and develop a team of skilled supervisors, machinists, warehouse staff, and support functions.
- Customer Commitment: Ensure we deliver every order on time, on spec, and with exceptional quality.
- Growth Enablement: Partner with sales, engineering, and supply chain to expand market share and support new product launches.
What Success Looks Like
- Year-over-year improvements in EBITDA, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- A plant team that is engaged, accountable, and proud of what they produce.
- A facility that runs safely, efficiently, and profitably—with no compromises on quality.
- A reputation as the go-to leader for operational excellence within the company.
Why You Should Join Us
- Autonomy & Impact: You will have real authority to make decisions that directly affect the bottom line.
- Diverse Operations: A unique mix of machining, assembly, and distribution under one roof—no two days are the same.
- Growth Trajectory: A business with strong market position and untapped operational potential.
- Culture of Performance: We measure success by results, not bureaucracy.
This is your chance to take a strong operation and make it world-class. If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and deliver measurable results, we want to talk to you.
