Starting Salary: £26,339.04

Shift Pattern:
3 days on, 4 days off – rotating days and nights.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll:
- Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets
- Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members
- Maintain a safe working environment and take prompt action to prevent accidents
- Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required
- Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
- Accurately complete all required compliance documentation
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong awareness of health and safety
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy to operate systems and equipment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
