The Role

As a Performance & Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the consistent application of DNL’s global reward frameworks across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the VP and Manager of Performance & Reward, you’ll provide expert advice on remuneration, benefits, and performance management, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.

You’ll contribute to the annual remuneration review, incentive plan implementation, and performance cycles, while also supporting system administration and data analysis. This role offers the opportunity to influence employee experience, drive equity and transparency, and collaborate with a diverse HR network in a values-led, inclusive organisation.

What you’ll bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Experience in a remuneration specialist environment demonstrating a detailed knowledge and understanding of remuneration frameworks and policies
  • Working knowledge of Hay Grade job evaluation methodology (ideally)
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology
  • System administration experience with SuccessFactors compensation module(ideally)
