We are currently seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager to join our supportive and close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a meaningful role where you’ll make a difference to grieving pet owners every day.

About the Role

As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our veterinary partners and pet owners. Your role is to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience throughout the cremation and memorial process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary clinics

  • Supporting clients and responding to their queries with empathy and professionalism

  • Managing bookings, logistics, and documentation for cremation services

  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and respectful service delivery

  • Representing Bamganie with integrity, compassion, and care in all interactions

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A compassionate and empathetic nature

  • Experience in customer service, client liaison or account management (preferably in the pet care or healthcare industry)

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Confidence with phone-based communication and administrative systems

  • A genuine interest in helping people and their pets through difficult times

Veterinary industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided.
