The Role
This is a full-time position (38–40 hours per week) with a rotating monthly schedule across:
Consult shifts – seeing clients and their pets
Hospital shifts – managing inpatients and emergencies
Surgical shifts – performing scheduled surgeries
Weekend availability (Saturday shifts) is essential
You’ll also play a role in mentoring new graduate Veterinarians and sharing your clinical wisdom with the wider team.

Efficient, confident, and autonomous in managing cases
Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritise in a busy hospital environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Willingness to learn new techniques (e.g. nuclear medicine)
Comfortable supervising and teaching newer vets
Preferable to have previous experience with RxWorks and Smartflow
Why Join Us?
Work alongside a passionate, skilled team
Access to advanced diagnostics and procedures
Structured mentorship opportunities
Supportive management and continuing education encouraged
Varied caseload that keeps every day interesting
