Position Description
Performs duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and program. Performs varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment and the application of established policies and procedures. May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional or professional staff members.

Major/Essential Functions
- Assessments and evaluations: Provide guidance and recommendation to faculty and staff on current assessment and evaluation methodologies based on analyses of student learning data, educational theory, and student learning research to enhance curriculum effectiveness and as required to fulfill institutional goals
- Manage and advise team Lead Analyst of Assessment and Evaluation position to ensure high-quality assessment methodologies and evaluation processes are used to inform institutional effectiveness
- Under the guidance and in collaboration with the Managing Director, facilitate and support the creation of innovative course content and learning experiences for students to embed interprofessional learning across academic programs
- Develop web-based instructional resources: Design and deliver comprehensive online tutorials, content templates, and tools to support faculty in instructional development and integration of IPE
- In collaboration with technical staff, oversee dept-related use of platforms including learning management systems, and activity review and registry tool. 6. Facilitate the development and management of an institutional IPE facilitator training program using Kirkpatrick’s Training Evaluation Model
- Perform administrative duties, help manage and facilitate academics-related institutional events, and foster cross-departmental collaborations to advance IPE, Community Health Outreach and Education (CHOE), and the Office of Academic Affairs initiatives
- Facilitate, collaborate on, and support scholarly research efforts in IPE, CHOE, institutional change management, student learning and support, and best practices in higher education utilizing advanced statistical analyses and research methodologies
- Coordinate Strategic Reporting: Lead the tracking and reporting of department efforts aligned with institutional strategic planning, accreditation, quality enhancement, and community health outreach and education initiatives
- Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.)
- Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree with preference given to degrees in education, educational research, institutional research, assessment, or program evaluation. 3 years statistical analysis experience in an educational setting using Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or NVivo
- Experience in the use of best practices in evaluation and assessment in education
- 5 years of progressive experience in education administration
- Experience in supervision of staff

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Five years of related administrative and technical experience
