Summary

It is the responsibility of the Sr Operations Coordinator to under limited supervision, prepare regular work assignments related to the strategy for the Operations team. Serves at a higher capacity than the coordinator – Operations, handling more complex issues. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. 

 

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team.  It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.  This position is based out of San Francisco, CA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track inbound-outbound equipment.
  • Assist with inter-branch tracking.
  • Submit daily labor call information.
  • Run TSS reports for equipment needs for upcoming shows.
  • Update show schedule add/remove shows as booking reports are sent out.
  • Reconcile all inbound and outbound trucking bills.
  • Provide monthly service failure reports to manager.
  • Collect all inbound/outbound manifests for Decorating, New Generation, Carpet, and Runner Department upon show close to assist with information gathering to prepare monthly conflicting show reports.
  • Assist with other projects and special assignments when required.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience of relevant tradeshow / event production.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
