More about the role & team

As a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in delivering initiatives that align with strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, uphold project governance standards, and provide centralised, transparent reporting to stakeholders—enabling timely and informed decision-making at all levels.

You will be part of a globally distributed team, with colleagues based across the United States, EMEA, and India. You’ll work alongside another Project Manager located in London, and be expected to attend the office at least one day per week. This in-office presence fosters meaningful collaboration, particularly with our Professional Services team.

The role also offers significant exposure to senior leadership, including opportunities to present to and liaise directly with the executive team. This visibility provides a valuable platform for career progression. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Lead project meetings to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit high-quality deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and present status reports using relevant data and insights.
  • Establish and execute effective communication plans.
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Support the development of user manuals, training materials, and implementation documentation.
  • Secure client acceptance and manage satisfaction during project transitions.

  • PMP certification (preferred)
