We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior HR Generalist to join our high-performing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives that strengthen our people, culture, and business performance. This position blends strategy and execution, requiring expertise in benefits, labor law compliance, talent development, and HR best practices.

About The Team:
The Senior HR Generalist serves as the primary HR point of contact at our Union office, working closely with a highly collaborative, supportive HR team. We’re a group of driven, creative professionals who combine high performance with a positive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

  

Employee Relations Champion:

  • Advise  managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace  culture.
  • Maintain HR documentation, support performance management processes, and coach leaders on effective feedback and documentation.

Drive Performance & Culture:

  • Strengthen accountability, transparency, and manager effectiveness through coaching,  feedback, and aligned performance processes.
  • Serve  as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Provide insight and guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning,  team dynamics, and leadership development.
  • Act as  a cultural ambassador, bringing LifeStation’s values to life and fostering  a highly engaged workforce.

HR Program Leadership:

  • Localize  and embed key HR programs (e.g., engagement, performance, compensation) in  partnership with the HR Operations Team, ensuring they are applied consistently and with business relevance.
  • Lead  new hire onboarding, support site engagement plans, and coach managers and employees to strengthen workplace effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5–7+  years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience supporting employees and coaching leaders/teams.
  • Proven  success in talent management, employee relations, coaching, engagement, and organizational development.
  • Experience leading change management processes and coaching across all organizational levels.
  • Strong HR competencies: Business Acumen, Change Management, Strategic Positioner, HR Innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
