Thermacell currently employs 125+ full time employees at our 3 locations: Bedford Massachusetts (Corporate HQ), Buford Georgia (Manufacturing & Distribution), and Hampton Florida (Science & Research Center).
ROLE PURPOSE:
Thermacell is seeking a creative, action-oriented and data-driven Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of global brand fundamentals and foundational brand strategies that drive healthy, sustainable growth across markets. This role will analyze consumer and market trends, and act as a driving force to grow the Thermacell brand globally.
This role will partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to help manage brand performance, support the development of marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The impact of this role will be felt in how more consumers discover, choose, and emotionally connect with Thermacell, driving brand awareness, customer growth, and lasting loyalty.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager will help translate insights into action, support go-to-market plans, and collaborate on a team that is the driving force behind our brand’s evolution across North America and international markets.
STATUS: Exempt
WORKING HOURS: 9-5pm M-F
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid/Corporate Office - 32 Crosby Dr Bedford MA 01730 (expectation of in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans for deployment across global marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across consumer-facing materials.
- Lead reporting and analysis of North America brand performance, including identifying key drivers in a seasonal business, market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform marketing actions, brand positioning, product development, and communications.
- Support content and marketing needs for growing International business with the International Marketing manager and Canada/US projects with respective Marketing Managers.
- Managing he tracking and reporting of the marketing budget, including monthly forecasting and expense tracking against plan.
- Drive and support in the planning and execution of North America organic social content, community engagement, and response strategy in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
- Help identify growth opportunities and contribute to innovation projects and new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Consumer Experience, and International to execute marketing initiatives.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary ($78,000 - $101,700) and an Annual Target Bonus program-details provided separately. Benefits for this position will consist of vacation benefits at a competitive level, along with 9 paid holidays, 2 Floating Holidays and a day off for your Birthday! Additionally, a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

You may start contributing to our 401k after completing 30 days of service (enrolling on the first of the following month). You will be eligible for the employer match up to 4% (base salary + overtime wages - subject to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) legal limit) after completing one year of service.

Requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or similar field required, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience with high-growth brands a plus.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong skills in analyzing consumer, category, and performance data to inform brand strategy and execution.
- Solid understanding of best practices of marketing and brand management fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not required.
