About the Role
As part of our continued transformation and growth across Europe, we are seeking a Hybrid HR Business Partner to support both France and Portugal. This is a strategic and operational role, focused on delivering consistent, localized HR support while enhancing the employee experience across both countries.
This position reports to the HR Director for France & Western Europe.
What You'll Do
1. HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on key HR topics including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and compensation.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees in both countries, ensuring a consistent, positive, and engaging employee experience.
- Support the local rollout of global HR initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, DEI, and talent development programs).
2. HR Administration & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, changes, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, in close collaboration with payroll and administrative providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and contribute to the integrity of HRIS data.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles in France and Portugal.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, recruitment agencies, and sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
4. Learning & Development
- Partner with managers and employees to identify training and development needs.
- Organize and deliver local training initiatives, aligning with global learning strategies.
- Track participation, gather feedback, and assess the impact of learning programs to drive continuous improvement.
5. Cross-country & Regional HR Projects
- Contribute to regional and pan-European HR initiatives such as mobility programs, process optimization, and training frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and harmonize processes while respecting local specificities.
What You'll Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or business partner capacity within an international environment.
- Solid working knowledge of French labor law is required; understanding of Portuguese labor law is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and training coordination.
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and recruitment tools.
- Highly adaptable and autonomous, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

- Portuguese: Fluent (required)
- French: Strong plus (required to support the French office)
