Our Operations team is looking for a Customer Representative Agent on a temporary basis to provide excellent support to our Spanish speaking customers through monthly outbound calls, emails, and live chats.

- Offering calls and following up services mainly in Spanish (C1/C2) but at times, in English as well.
- Providing technical solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products.
- Reporting to the market Supervisor.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
