Clinical Supervisor School Based Services

Clinical Supervision
- Provide, at minimum, monthly face to face and/or virtual clinical supervision as indicated to assigned unlicensed/licensed and new staff serving clients in School-based Grants.
- Responsible for supervisory signatures on required documentation to meet VBHCS policy.
- Perform additional supervision as indicated by chart review, peer and billing review, and other external audits.
- Ensure that staff are working within the scope of their services, within the bounds of their competencies, and are following ethical guidelines.
- Complete documentation as required.
Clinical Oversight:
Provision of Direct Service
· Will complete intake assessments as needed when indicated School-based Behavioral Health Liaison is unavailable.
Additional Responsibilities
Communicates regularly with Clinical Director and Chief Operating Officer with strengths for VBH and any oversight concerns. Prepare monthly report to SVP of Specialized Grants and Services, Clinical Director, Chief Operating Officer, and VP of Compliance.
Participates in VBH leadership, QI meetings/ and VBH technical advisory groups as assigned.
Participates in community and programmatic meetings and trainings as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- A Master’s degree in social work and actively licensed as an LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
- Eligible to provide supervision for staff working towards licensure.
- Minimum of five years of experience providing psychotherapy and/or supervision.
