We are looking for a passionate Global Medical Trainer to join our Global Medical Affairs team. You will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating impactful learning journeys that ensure our medical & commercial teams are equipped with in depth scientific knowledge and strong skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals. You will report to the Vice President, Global Medical Affairs Lead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of data and soft skills onboarding programs (Phase A training) for new hires.
- Designing and implementing in-depth scientific training sessions (Phase B training).
- Delivering training through diverse formats including live sessions, interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and simulation exercises.
- Conducting post-training assessments and feedback sessions to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Leading global journal clubs, coordinating literature searches, and managing scientific alerts to keep medical teams updated with current scientific knowledge.
- Ensuring all training content remains accurate, current, and strategically aligned with global medical objectives.
- Developing capability-building programs focused on scientific engagement, effective communication, strategic thinking, and soft skills.
- Collaborating with Global Marketing in developing training materials for the sales teams.
Required Profile & Skills:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) in life sciences.
- Experience in Medical Affairs and medical training within biotech/pharma.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective medical training programs globally.
- Ability to convert complex scientific information in an easy-to-understand way
- Outstanding presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and inspire through engaging training sessions.
- High attention to detail
