This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Drive Customer and Market Activation
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that activate demand and strengthen customer engagement in current and fast growing markets.
  • Lead Regional Campaigns & Innovation Launches
    • Plan, execute, and oversee our annual regional marketing activities and align with business needs and overall communication plan.
  • Shape a Modern Content Strategy
    • Design and drive a cohesive content strategy, leveraging digital platforms and innovative tools to deliver compelling messages to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure Performance
    • Define KPIs, measure performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives to continuously improve marketing impact.
  • Support Strategic Events
    • Align messaging and marketing support for key customer touchpoints, including technology days, innovation forums, and major industry events.
  • Strengthen Internal Communication and Upskilling
    • Champion internal communication around innovation and facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across global teams.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in a technology-driven or industrial environment with cross-regional scope
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on executional ability
  • Experience with digital content tools and campaign analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
