We are looking for RNs and LPNs to join our growing team on the day shift 6am to 2pm at Silver Lake in south Everett! The right candidate will have previous experience as an RN or LPN in a long term care/skilled nursing facility and has a current Washington state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible shift schedule.

Pay Range: $48-$55 DOE
Hours: Full time Day Shift 6am to 2pm on rotation

Responsibilities for the RN or LPN include:
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
- Assess patients’ condition.
- Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Qualifications
Qualifications of the RN or LPN
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
- Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotation pattern
