As a Major Incident and Change Coordinator, you will maintain day-to-day operations, policies and procedures for change management and major incident management. You will collect and report on change and major incident data as needed. As part of a collaborative team, you will work to continuously improve systems, processes, and education to support the stability of the department and enhance the lives of team members.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Execute on projects aimed at improving change and major incident operations as needed.
Coordinate major incident resolutions including leading response rooms and completing post-incident reports.
Quickly identify, respond to, and resolve events that adversely impact business critical functions.
Compile and analyze change and major incident data, working to ensure data integrity and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders as needed.
Identifying opportunities to develop and enhance processes that promote stability in the company environment.
Manage communication channels and respond promptly to potential major incidents and user questions.
Coordinate appropriate change record creation and maintenance.
Work closely with technology teams to identify root cause analysis and eradication steps.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of major incident and change management operations, policies and procedures.
Maintain rotational on-call availability for incidents outside of business hours.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
