Middle School Substitute Coordinator

• Hiring & Training: Review applications, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and train incoming substitute teachers.
• Scheduling & Supervision: Coordinate substitute teachers within the building, ensuring smooth operations. Filling in as a substitute as needed.
  • Assumes responsibility, when available for overseeing pupil behavior in class, and other assigned periods (study halls, lunchroom, Core etc.) 
• Communication is key between building staff and supervisor. Exchange report/timecard to SAU weekly.
