As an Assistant Director, you get to:

Job Requirements: 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age 
  • Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or child care facility. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation $21-24/hour based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employee
