The Opportunity
As the Education Market Executive, you will bridge the gap between global education strategies and local market implementation. This role focuses on delivering high- quality training, enhancing retailer relationships, and driving customer engagement through education.
What you'll get to do
- Create and adapt global training programs and content for local market needs, ensuring alignments with brand standards.
- Partner with regional education teams to implement training initiatives effectively.
- Co-develop and refine the brand’s Customer Service strategies.
- Conduct market visits to ensure training and execution drives retail performance and KPIs.
- Collaborative with global teams to align local strategies with brand messaging and innovation.
- Identify and address capability gaps through targeted training programs.
- Lead hands- on workshops to upskill market teams, offering real- time feedback.
- Support showcase activations to promote new product launches and initiatives.
- Maintain digital training platforms, ensuring content relevance and accessibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with market teams, providing ongoing support and feedback.

- Proven experience in education in the luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
- Highly organised with prioritisation skills and the ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in developing large- scale learning programs and delivering workshops.
- Project management experience with a track record of executing complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital tools and content management platforms.
- Effective communicator with a passion for fragrance and the luxury industry.
- Results oriented and solutions driven.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
