About the Role
The Director of Nursing at Brookside Village plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective nursing leadership and management. This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Director will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Additionally, this role involves strategic planning to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes. Ultimately, the Director of Nursing will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence in nursing practice within the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and supported.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
