The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm welcome to all guests, assisting with luggage handling, and supporting a smooth arrival and departure experience. This role ensures the cleanliness of the front drive area, coordinates guest transportation needs, and offers helpful and accurate information while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and escorting them to their rooms as needed.
- Maintain the tidiness and orderliness of the front drive, bell desk, luggage room, and trolleys throughout the shift.
- Coordinate guest transportation needs, including taxi requests, valet parking, and boat transfers.
- Handle guest luggage delivery, collection, and storage with care and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring professional and courteous service at all times.
Requirements
- Educational background in Hospitality or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong motivation to learn; prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; second language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and carrying luggage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
