The Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach plays an essential supporting role in helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field through dedication, discipline, and teamwork. Working under the direction of the Head Coach, the assistant coach helps implement the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the girls lacrosse program while fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment. This role involves assisting with the planning and execution of practices, game strategies, and skill development, as well as mentoring players to reach their full potential. The assistant coach also supports team logistics, communication, and fosters a culture of sportsmanship, accountability, and personal growth. Through consistent leadership and encouragement, the Assistant Coach helps student-athletes develop not only as competitors, but also as confident, respectful, and resilient individuals.
