rhode is a fast-growing skincare brand rooted in intention, innovation, and impact. We’re looking for a growth-obsessed marketer to lead our performance marketing efforts and help scale our DTC business across paid channels.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own all acquisition marketing programs—including paid social, search, affiliates, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, sustainable growth through performance strategy, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and new platforms
Build and execute full-funnel strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and LTV
Manage our affiliate program: recruit partners, set commissions, and drive performance
Partner with ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams to brief, test, and iterate content and landing experiences
Collaborate with external agency partners on budget pacing, KPI performance, and campaign execution
Forecast, track, and report on channel performance—surfacing insights and opportunities
Design and lead A/B tests and growth experiments to inform scalable strategies
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in performance or growth marketing—DTC or beauty experience preferred
Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Excel, and other analytics tools
Experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and creative optimization
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results
Highly organized, self-starting, and able to manage multiple initiatives across teams
Proficiency in Figma and a strong creative eye for performance content
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
