Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following statements reflect the general duties, responsibilities and competencies considered necessary to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job and should not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements of the position. The property Assistant will do at a minimum the below duties:
.• Responsible for management of administrative activities involved with the community.
• Maintain an effective and harmonious working relationship with residents and employees.
• Dispatch tenant work orders.
• Assist Property Managers by maintaining updated and accurate files on all tenant related items.
• Prepare standard tenant notification memos for review and distribution.
• Manage security access card programming if needed.
• Maintain spreadsheet tracking for miscellaneous tenant items as needed.
• Assist Community Managers in maintaining positive tenant relations programs assuring good public relations and tenant satisfaction programs are in place.
• Assist Community Managers in planning tenant events
• Maintain filing system for all routine reports and other deadlines required during a given week, month and quarter.
• Performs other site or department specific duties as assigned.
