We seek a collaborative and motivated Graphic Designer to work with our internal team, creative agencies, and partners to support and execute cross-channel creative work. This person will play a vital role in the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of elevated work and brand collateral for digital and retail, with an emphasis on email marketing design. The ideal candidate has experience with omni-channel retail or luxury brands (preferably in the jewelry industry) in a business-to-customer role.
This position will be a temp-to-hire position that will convert after a 3-month trial period. The ideal candidate will be based out of the New York area and will need to come into the showroom once or twice a week.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team and external partners to conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° campaigns, product launches, and asset development across all channels.
Lead creative project workflows for emails and digital design to ensure deliverables are prioritized, deadlines are met, and output consistently meets a high standard of quality.
Design and edit a wide range of creative materials, including emails, advertising, motion graphics, GIFs, and digital experiences for use across e-commerce, social, paid media, and retail environments.
Develop responsive email templates optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Build and maintain a scalable email design library that supports brand consistency and efficient creative production.
Oversee pre- and post-production needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, retouchers, agencies, CGI, and motion artists, and other production partners to deliver cohesive, compelling assets.
Requirements
3+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, retail) and a focus on email design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience creating digital design systems and designing for HubSpot.
Strong command of design fundamentals, including an excellent eye for typography, layout, branding, and composition.
Highly collaborative and communicative, capable of managing multiple priorities with autonomy and working effectively across various teams and levels.
A detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible designer comfortable with rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment; luxury or jewelry industry experience is preferred.
