We’re expanding our coaching leadership team.
As a Health Coaching Team Lead, you’ll guide a high‑performing group of coaches and ensure every interaction delivers exceptional experience and measurable health outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Clinical Operations and Diagnostics, and work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to ship great member experiences at scale. You’re a fit if you love earning member trust, building long‑term relationships, and rolling up your sleeves to make the system better every week. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of health coaches; set clear goals, run effective 1:1s, and create growth plans.
Own day‑to‑day operations: real‑time workflows, capacity planning, scheduling, shift approvals, QA, and reporting.
Raise the bar on quality: define standards, build feedback loops, audit sessions, and coach for consistency and impact.
Drive outcomes: track adherence and member health goals; improve NPS/CSAT, retention, and clinical program KPIs.
Evolve the program: help design, pilot, and implement coaching curriculum, playbooks, and protocols.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product/Engineering/Content/Marketing to inform roadmaps and support launches.
Recruit, onboard, and train new coaches; maintain SOPs and up‑to‑date enablement materials.
Handle escalations with empathy and sound clinical judgment, coordinating with clinical leaders as needed.
Champion compliance and data stewardship in every workflow and tool we use.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years managing teams, including performance management and professional development.
1+ year leading, coaching, developing, and motivating a remote team of health coaches.
Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing health coach.
Passion for the Lifeforce missionDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and teach others to work across multiple systems and platforms.
Strong analytical problem‑solver; comfortable using data to diagnose issues and drive strategy.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) across channels; strong relationship‑builder.
Effective time manager who can coach others on prioritization, workflow design, and focus.
Organized, adaptable, and energized by change; able to switch between strategic and hands‑on work.
Growth mindset with a strong commitment to giving and receiving feedback with peers and cross‑functional partners.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in longevity, integrative/functional medicine, or preventive care environments.
Background in curriculum design, behavior change frameworks, or motivational interviewing.
Comfort with data dashboards and QA processes for service teams.
