The DIY Brand Manager is responsible for adapting and implementing a brand strategy for the WallPops DIY market. The DIY Brand Manager has oversight of non-graphics marketing including digital and print communications, retail, project management, strategic recommendation and implementation, working closely with the graphics, merchandizing, sales and e-commerce teams on execution. The DIY Brand Manager will directly manage the marketing coordinator.

  

  • Maintain DIY brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term planning
  • Work with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights, affiliate dashboards) to measure ROI and optimize campaigns
  • Manage budget allocation across channels, with a focus on ROI and long-term brand equity
  • Create marketing plans when needed for national accounts, license holders and strategic planning initiatives
  • Plan all communications including PR and media actions on all channels, including online and social media 
  • Project management for new product launches and marketing campaigns including licensing requirements
  • Work closely with sales in support of developing new business opportunities including in-store retail opportunities and trade shows and lead successful go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate on advertising and promotional spend with e-commerce team
  • Conduct and apply competitor, customer, and market analysis to brand strategy decisions
  • Act as the liaison between new product development and e-commerce
  • Tracking and reporting metrics on KPI’s


Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive brand management experience in both B2B and B2C markets, with direct responsibility for revenue-impacting brand strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of growing brand awareness, market share, and sales across multiple distribution channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in online brand management, including social media strategy, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing programs, and digital advertising.
  • Experience in taking brand positioning and messaging and adapting it for channel-specific execution, (social, influencer, affiliate, retail, email, and digital ads) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising alignment and marketplace presence optimization (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, or other platforms).
  • History of working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, e-commerce) to execute integrated campaigns and product launches.
