The Security Staff is responsible for performing security and safety functions within a cannabis cultivation facility.
Weekend Shifts only (Saturday and Sunday)-6am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilites
- Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Ensure all visitors and vendors sign in.
- Scan IDs and provide temporary badges to visitors and vendors.
- Maintain all hard copy and digital logs of scanned IDs, sign-in sheets, and all facility logs.
- Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
- Review surveillance video of events and create/maintain event logs from all security system.
- Create new badge access cards for new employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Alert management for required support on all security systems.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Document all activity using company’s track and trace system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move continuously throughout the shift.
· Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and maintain focus on detail-oriented duties for extended periods.
· Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
· Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.
· Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
