What You Will Be Doing

As the Executive Assistant - Fire Department, you will provide complex and confidential administrative support to department leadership, including managing calendars, tracking and following up on projects, reviewing correspondence, coordinating meetings, drafting communications, and addressing complex issues. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as needed.
