What You’ll Do:

As an Outside Plant Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our fiber infrastructure projects, working with internal teams, contractors, and permitting agencies to ensure every project runs smoothly. You will:


  • Oversee project development from initiation to completion.
  • Partner with Outside Project Executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Problem-solve and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Report on project milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and permitting requirements.
  • Champion best practices in project management and execution.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver. If you have:


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
  • Familiarity with permitting agencies and regulatory requirements.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
  • A track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools/software.
