Job Title: Live On-Site Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team as a Live On-Site Maintenance Technician for our apartment community. As a Live On-Site Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Must be able to live on-site and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
