Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations personnel to provide the most accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis
• Analyzing requirement documents, construction blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of all projects
• Completed detailed estimates for new construction and remodel construction and prepares proposals in advance of bid due dates
• Work independently under bid deadlines with accuracy
• Good time management skills to balance in-field measurements and desk top take-offs
• Working knowledge of re-construction processes such as plumbing that can affect flooring estimates
• Working knowledge for product pricing with the ability to maximize margins by combining material and labor rates for the overall project scope
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product and service
• Present prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
• Communicate installation details to in-house Quoter for completion of Work Order Instructions for the Field Supervisor and Installers
• Communicate with customer to ensure customer needs are meet
• Attend pre-bid meetings as needed
• Prepares an accurate list of equipment needed for the project
• Occasionally, early AM or after hour commitments may be necessary

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for new and re-model construction
• Ability to read construction blueprints
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in a prudent and ethical manner
• Familiarity with RFMS & Measure Mobile computer programs is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED Required
