Partnership Health Centers in Toms River and Brick, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a per diem position to cover vacation or sick time for our current PT .
Our office offers onsite Physical Therapy, Family Medicine, X-ray, Behavorial Health and Chiropractor services to the employees of the Toms River and Brick Township school system
Typical schedules are 12pm-6pm.
As a per diem Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans that promote mobility and functional independence. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each patient. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall health and well-being of the community we serve.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current NJ state as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- No Visa Sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Specialization in a specific area of physical therapy, such as orthopedics or geriatrics.
