Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the region employee engagement initiatives: contacting employees during their tenure and after they leave, work with Area and Region leadership to increase our employee retention, work with Areas on employee recognition programs and review data received from employee surveys.

Education/Experience:

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma.

  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Securitas will offer a salary of $55,000/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
