Compensation for this position: $21.00 per hour
Core business hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, (flexibility to work overtime when required)

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for executing the daily inbound activities for receiving including bill of lading, schedule shipments, oversee receiving docks, returns preparations, queuing replenishment, transfers, and job tickets. Additional duties include inventory control, internal orders and other warehouse related activities.
Essential Duties:
- Execute the preparation of inbound containers by scheduling and ensuring space is available to receive product for a quick two day turnaround.
- Prepare Mexico documents for outbound shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of product stored on the dock.
- Immediate inspection of damaged product received and report findings to TQC.
- Coordinate transportation schedules with receiving Lead to optimize daily loads.
- Assist in all shortage requests for B.P. and Mexico.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify issues related to transfers, job tickets, and replenishment process.
- Assist in queuing out job tickets, transfers, and replenishments.
- Assist in job tickets completion process as product arrives from Mexico.
- Provide feed-back to management for improvements to processes and procedures and assist with implementation of improvements.
- Maintain all shipping and receiving information to ensure that record-keeping is current and accurate.
- Run LPN report daily to prevent aging of product beyond two days.
- Assist with loading and unloading, when required.
- Pick, receive, and put-away product, when required.
- Prepares paperwork for all outbound shipments. Ship confirms all L.T.L. & T.L. shipments. Oversees all small parcel ship confirmations.
- Responsible for queuing and delegating tasks to staff in a timely and efficient manner, via the control board.
- Plan inbound transportation schedule with receiving to maximize flow-delivery of inbound shipments.
- Plan and schedule daily resource requirements for inbound shipments.
- Attendance and punctuality are an essential job duty.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Warehouse & distribution environment
- 6 months – 1yr related experience or related field
Knowledge, Skills and General Abilities:
- Working knowledge of warehouse & distribution inbound operations.
- Working knowledge in W.M.S. and Inventory Control Applications preferred (Oracle application experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of Radio Frequency technology including R.F. gun navigation and task management preferred.
- Prioritize competing and interdependent tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a group setting or independently.

- PC Desktop knowledge and usage required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequent sitting.
- Infrequent Pulling/Pushing up to 1500lbs using a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or Power Industrial Truck.
- Infrequent walking.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to use RF unit.
- Frequent standing.
- Prolonged visual acuity necessary to view VDT.
- Infrequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.

- Must be flexible to work overtime.
