Our team works together to treat individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, amputations, and complex medical conditions. Department / Unit Summary
You will work within a modern Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) environment, with supportive leadership and a strong interdisciplinary care model. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care and behavioral support during night shifts
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support physicians’ treatment plans
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers to execute care plans
- Foster a trauma-informed, safe, and respectful environment for all patients
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
- IV Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire
- Six months of acute care or behavioral health experience preferred
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills
