- Develop topic outlines as the foundation for training content
- Generate training documents with the assistance of ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Post-process and refine content from recorded meeting interviews
- Build and publish course materials in iSpring
- Lead and facilitate interviews with senior managers for podcast-style training content
- Communicate effectively in both writing and speech to ensure clarity and engagement
- Create highly detailed, well-structured, and comprehensive training materials
- Apply advanced AI capabilities for training design and delivery, beyond basic content generation
Hard Requirements:
- Proven experience in training content creation or instructional design
- Proficiency with iSpring or similar e-learning authoring tools
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure and present content clearly and logically
- Experience applying AI tools in instructional design or content development
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- $6-$8USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
