About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to support the site HR Team and Disentanglement project. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations during a period of organizational transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment coordination, HR administration, systems management and Training.
Your responsibilities
-Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
-Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
-Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.
-Ensure HR systems are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
-Support data integrity and reporting needs related to the Disentanglement project.
-Collaborate with the project team to support HR-related deliverables.
-Provide administrative support for project-related HR activities, including documentation and communication.
-Responsible for delivering the Company Induction programme
-Source and implement training programmes to meet business objectives for UK EH
-Undertaking all aspects of administration in relation to training and accountability to ensure training is tracked and the site meets all audit and compliance aspects from a training perspective
-Respond to employee queries related to contracts, onboarding, and HR systems.
-Support ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements.
The experience we're looking for
-Proven experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in a project-based or transitional environment.
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
-Proficiency in HR systems (experience with OrgVue and MYRB is a plus).
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
