Summary

We're seeking a Product Leader to own the product strategy and execution for our flagship Kigo Marketplace platform. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building the core capabilities that support rapid onboarding by publishers, seamless offer and ad campaign management by advertisers, and highly incremental offer activations by end users.


We're looking for a product visionary with strong entrepreneurial instincts and a drive to execute with urgency and excellence. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Product Officer, you'll be a hands-on "builder," capable of leading by example using AI-driven tools to prototype new features and instill this modern product development approach in your team. You will lead the product management organization for the Marketplace, starting with an initial direct report and the opportunity to scale the team over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy & Vision

Define and execute a multi-year product strategy focused on platform scalability, partner enablement, and network effects. Your vision will empower publishers and advertisers while delighting end users, and you will champion this strategy with the executive team, board members, and key external partners.

  • Product Execution & Delivery

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for all core platform capabilities, including publisher onboarding tools, advertiser campaign management systems, and the end-user activation and redemption experience. Guide strategic initiatives such as Personalization and Semantic Search to drive platform adoption.

  • Organizational Leadership & Team Scaling

Recruit, hire, and lead a world-class product management organization, starting with one product manager and creating the strategic plan to scale the team as the business grows. Own the product management discipline, establishing best practices and a culture of excellence centered on an AI-driven, high-velocity "builder" mindset.


What Sets You Up for Success

  • Product Leadership & Marketplace Expertise

6-8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role building and scaling product teams. You have a proven track record of building platform products that serve multiple user types (e.g., developers, businesses, consumers) and deep experience in the loyalty, rewards, ad-tech, or two-sided marketplace sectors.

  • Hands-On AI Prototyping & Technical Acumen

Demonstrated ability to build and ship product features or functional prototypes using AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor) and platforms from leading AI companies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Microsoft, Amazon). You have a strong passion for user-centered design and a history of delivering products with exceptional user experience.

  • Business Acumen & Executive Communication

A deep understanding of platform business models, network effects, and the business needs of marketplace participants. You are an organization builder who can inspire teams, communicate complex product strategies to C-level executives, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both B2B platform (SaaS, PaaS) and B2C product management.
  • A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or prior experience as a software engineer.
  • Experience managing products that involve complex, multi-sided network effects.
