What You'll Do:

As a Client Service Associate in our Trust & Custody Department in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll put your communication skills and attention to detail into action and help make a positive impact on the clients we service. You will excel in this role by having a strong ability to learn, and exceed customer expectations.

Your day will be filled with:

  • Collaborating with client facing roles, and communicating effectively with internal clients regarding special timing requests, and routine employee data, while delivering excellent client service.
  • Ensuring client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting. This may include communicating on complex plan administration procedures.
  • Reviewing and analyzing data for reasonability and accuracy.
  • Recognizing and researching unusual or complex situations and providing timely resolutions to business partners and clients. 
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our recordkeeping system. Develop a working knowledge of plan, contract and pension documents.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Who You Are:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Required skills include good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, and problem solving
  • Requires basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services
  • Basic knowledge of Pension products preferred
  • Must have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet client needs and achieve overall Pension goals
  • Understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications preferred
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range:$23.80 - $36.49 / hourTime Off Program:Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.Pension Eligible:YesAdditional Information:
