Manage US Walmart sales team to deliver value to our categories and the enterprise.
Your role:
The Director of Sales, Walmart US, Philips Personal Health North America is accountable for delivering the annual operating plan for the Walmart US, financial predictability, leading joint business planning efforts, developing and executing the Walmart strategy, and achieving key KPIs. Expect the enablement of best in class selling stories, delivery of incremental points of distribution, omni excellence, and efficient sell out at retail. Manage a team of 5 direct reports and 2 indirect reports. Will work E2E with global colleagues in industrialization, commercialization to deliver relevant innovations in a defined cadence to maximize value and customer expectations on service Excellent stakeholder management will be critical to delivering success. Work directly with Business Units, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Consumer Care, and Quality Management. This will take a candidate that can communicate effectively, prioritize opportunities, synthesize business cases, and execute.
This leader reports to the Head of Sales, US Personal Health, having a critical and visible role in the Sales Leadership Team.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Transformation, Marketing. Experience in consumer-packaged goods, people management is preferred.
- Your skills include a proven history of successfully driving key strategic initiatives within an organization beyond the immediate span of control. As well as leading, influencing, and working with all levels in a complex matrixed organization, including executive leadership
- You possess strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to partner, influence and negotiate across a global organization.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or applicable discipline; MBA preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- You’re result oriented with a proven track record of delivering / bias toward driving action for growth. Exhibits passion for and focus on consumer-first and customer-centric solutions with a strong knowledge of go-to-move market strategies.
- Demonstrated expert written/verbal communication skills, and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization and senior executives externally.
This is an office role.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
We are on site in Rogers AR with a team of 10 in our office.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $190,000 to $280,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
