Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic communicator to join our team supporting the Business Management function within the Single-Family Digital Experience and Technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of executive communications, organizational culture, and strategic alignment. Your work will help shape how our organization communicates, collaborates, and connects—driving alignment and engagement across teams.

Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of our communications strategy and will be expected to:
Develop and deliver high-impact internal communications, including newsletters, executive emails, and SharePoint content.
Write talking points and curate executive presentations for internal and external audiences.
Translate complex technical updates into clear, compelling narratives.
Leverage data and reporting to craft meaningful updates that reflect progress and priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to surface stories and strategic initiatives.
Support large-scale internal events and town halls, including shaping topics and content for sessions like brown bags, key leader forums, and other engagement events.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in internal communications, business management, or a related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of corporate tone.
Proven experience developing executive-level communications and presentations.
Strong project management skills with an emphasis on planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact communications initiatives.
Experience with SharePoint and/or content management tools.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
Experience or familiarity with the mortgage, finance, technology, or real estate industries is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $84,000 - $126,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
