Description
The Last Step Before the Journey Begins
At Tiara Yachts, excellence doesn’t end when the build is complete, it carries through to the moment each boat leaves our facility. As a Completion Utility Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing our yachts for safe and successful delivery. From wrapping and caulking to verifying ship kits and prepping hardtops, your work ensures every detail is buttoned up before our boats hit the road, and eventually, the water.
If you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and take pride in doing things right the first time, this is your opportunity to help send something incredible out into the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Wrap boats and secure components for shipment with care and precision
- Prep boats for delivery, including caulking hull windows, sealing fender rails, and verifying ship kits
- Assist with hardtop removal and shipping buck setup
- Remove safety nets from boats and ensure safe, clean transitions for transport
- Understand and support boat movement logistics and leak spray testing
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure safety and accuracy in all prep activities
- Maintain accurate labor tracking records and help improve team performance
- Communicate any material, product, or process issues clearly to your team
- Provide backup support to the Team Leader and assist in training when needed
Why This Job is Special:
You’re the final checkpoint before a boat leaves our hands and heads toward its new owner. Your work ensures safety, integrity, and confidence in every delivery. It’s a role that requires responsibility and earns pride with every shipment.
Help launch something remarkable.
