Position Purpose The Medication Therapy Management Clinical Pharmacist provides specialized review of patient profiles and makes recommendations for modifications of drug therapy.
Education/Experience Bachelor’s or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. Minimum one year pharmacy residency training completed (or equivalent training/experience) recommended. 1-2 years of experience working within a pharmacy or related health care environment required.
License/Certification Current, valid & unrestricted state Pharmacy license required and must maintain. Based on work assignment, may be required to obtain additional Pharmacy licensure in multiple states within six months of employment.Pay Range $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year
