FULL TIME POSITION

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days a week, Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stewart Memorial is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate, and timely pharmaceutical services. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, this role supports the daily operations of the pharmacy, including medication preparation, inventory management, and documentation.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA standards
• Receive, store, and manage pharmacy inventory
• Restock automated dispensing systems and issue supplies
• Support sterile compounding and medication charge processes
• Participate in staff training, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with infection control standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
