Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Feed Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering livestock feed to farms and agricultural businesses in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery trucks to transport feed to customer locations
- Load and unload feed bags or bulk feed using appropriate equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain vehicle condition, reporting any issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Follow all safety and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record or ability to obtain CDL
- Previous experience in delivery or agricultural operations preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of local farm routes is a plus
